What is the GENIE Guarantee?
Every doll and accessory we sell comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We provide a promise for each doll and accessory sold to ensure our customers are protected.
If there are any issues with your order or if you are not satisfied with the product, we promise to repair (free of charge) or replace your doll. No flashy print-outs, no warnings—no nonsense!
You will also receive repair support for the entire lifespan of the doll. This includes video tips on how to repair your doll at home or at our repair center, as well as brief email support. This service is only applicable to dolls purchased from Adult Sex Doll Store (proof of purchase required).
Please note that this guarantee does not apply to dolls with skeletal damage or those that are completely damaged.
Can I automatically enjoy the guarantee?
Yes. Once you order doll products from our store, the GENIE Guarantee will automatically apply to you. There is no need to opt in, and there is no minimum order amount or complicated refund process. As long as you purchase products from us, you are covered.
Aren’t all suppliers like this?

Then, a representative from Adultsexdollstore conducts a physical inspection of the dolls at the factory. All issues are addressed before the dolls are shipped to customers. Before leaving our factory, the dolls undergo a double-check.
How the GENIE Guarantee Works
Before using the doll, we recommend that you conduct a thorough inspection from top to bottom. This is an important step. If you find any issues or damage with the doll, please report it to us within 24 hours at [email protected]. It is also crucial to include all images and videos of the doll as detailed as possible. Send us an email and we will begin addressing the issue. We cannot provide assistance unless we have photographic evidence.
Are the available dolls covered by the warranty?
To qualify for repair or replacement, the condition of the doll must be the same as when it arrived. We will not provide exchanges if the doll shows signs of sexual contact. To ensure that one doll does not contaminate another, we have established strict hygiene rules. If you give the doll to someone else, we will not accept returns or refunds. However, we can help you repair any damage. Please contact our support staff for repairs.
What the warranty does not cover
Minor Skin Flaws (or Color) — Sex dolls may have minor skin flaws because TPE is injected into molds. These imperfections should be seen as characteristics rather than defects. We will check for any significant defects before the doll arrives to you. It is not uncommon for the doll’s skin to appear slightly different in real life than on a computer screen.
Fingers and Toenails — The doll may lose fingernails during transportation. A small amount of nail glue can be used to secure them in place. If they are damaged, the user can remove, repaint, or reinstall them if necessary. If they are loose, you can remove and reapply nail glue.
Eyelashes — We include eye masks when shipping the dolls to protect the delicate eye area. To reattach loose eyelashes, please use TPE-safe eyelash glue and nail glue.
Makeup Differences — Each doll is customized for you. We ensure the doll’s makeup matches the images on the website. Each doll is unique because they go through individual craftsmanship. This means that every doll may be different. If there are significant discrepancies, we will notify you during quality control.
Used Dolls — As mentioned above, used dolls do not qualify for the Genie Guarantee.
User Damage — Any suspected damage caused by the user is not covered by the warranty. This includes damage from excessive limb stretching, structural damage, leaving the doll sitting for extended periods, crying, and similar actions. In these cases, we reserve the right to void the warranty.
