We promise to fix (free of charge) or replace your doll if there is any problem with your order or if you are not satisfied with the product. No fancy prints, no warnings – no BS!

You will also receive repair support for the entire life of your doll. This includes video tips and short emails on how to repair your doll at home or at our repair center. This only applies to dolls purchased at SDG (proof required).

 

This does not apply to dolls with damaged or completely damaged bones.

 

Can I be covered automatically?

Yes. Once you order your doll products from our store, the Genie Guarantee will automatically apply to you. You do not need to opt-in, there is no minimum order amount or complicated refund process. As long as you purchase your products from us, you are covered.

 

Isn’t this true of all suppliers?

It seems like an obvious decision, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, most sellers won’t cover it. This is usually due to the “nature” of the product. We do not accept returns on “used” dolls. However, if the doll arrives in an unacceptable condition and is not in the original packaging, we will accept returns.

 

Why didn’t someone help repair it? This is also difficult to grasp. It seems like an obvious thing to do.

 

How can you minimize any problems?

Our dolls are not sold by mass-produced sellers. We have a strict quality control process. To find production defects, we use images and videos to inspect the dolls in the factory. The dolls are then physically inspected at the factory by an SDG representative. Any problems are corrected before the dolls are shipped to the customer. Before leaving our facility, the dolls are subjected to a double inspection.

 

How the GENIE Guarantee Works

Before using a doll, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect it from start to finish. This is an important step. If you find a problem or damage with your doll, please report it to us at [email protected] within 24 hours. It is also important to include any images and videos from your doll in as much detail as possible. Send us an email. We will begin to resolve the issue. Unless we have photographic evidence, we cannot help you.

 

Are the available dolls included in the insurance coverage?

To be eligible for repair or replacement, the doll must be in the same condition as when it arrived. If a doll is found to have had sexual contact, we will not provide an exchange. To ensure that one doll does not contaminate another, we have strict sanitation rules. If you give a doll to someone else, we will not accept returns or refunds. However, we can help you repair any damage. For repairs, please contact our support staff.

 

What the warranty does not cover

Minor skin imperfections (or color) – Sex dolls may have minor skin imperfections because the TPE injections are made in the mold. These imperfections should be considered features and not defects. We will find any major defects before you receive your doll. It is not uncommon for a doll’s skin to look slightly different in real life than it does on a computer screen.

 

Finger and Toenails – Dolls may lose their nails during shipping. A small amount of nail glue can be used to hold them in place. If they are damaged, the user can remove them, paint them, or reattach them if necessary. If they come loose, you can remove them and reapply nail glue.

 

Eyelashes – We ship our dolls with an eye mask to wrap the doll. This protects the delicate eye area. To reattach loose eyelashes, use TPE safe eyelash glue and nail glue.

Makeup Differences – Each doll is custom made for you. We make sure that the doll’s makeup matches the images on the website. Each doll is unique because each doll has an individual job. This means that each doll is different. If there are significant differences, we will notify you in quality control.

 

Useful Dolls – As stated above, used dolls do not qualify for the Genie Guarantee.

 

User Damage – Any suspected or user caused damage will not be covered. This includes damage caused by hyperextension of limbs, bone damage, dolls sitting too long, crying and other such actions. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the guarantee.
