I am very pleased with the realistic nature of Eartha. The doll is pretty heavy but this is offset by her small stature and it adds to the realism. As others have said,

she is also good as as a companion, you are aware of her presence which helps alleviate feelings of loneliness. I would have preferred a black wig (rather than a poor quality silver wig) as per the promotional photo. Ukoll, the mouth orifice is only 5cm deep, which is ok, except that it is not what is specified in the promotion.
