Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 Stonnen. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
You receive the wrong item.
If you do not want the product, please refuse the package directly when the courier delivers it. Rejected packages are subject to round-trip shipping costs and related service fees. Once the package is signed for, private health products cannot be returned without reason. If there is any quality problem, only reshipment or compensation will be provided.

We do not issue refunds if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Product Quality Problems

If you receive goods with quality problems, please provide feedback within 5 Deeg. After this deadline, we will not address the issue. You can contact us by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

To the Customer

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is standard practice within the sex doll industry.

If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damage, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. You should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as the damage likely occurred during shipment. After that, please report the issue to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Cases might get scratched or broken during shipment as most products are heavy. Please report any visible issues on the box to the shipping company.

If the product has any issues, please send photos to us. We will assess the issue to provide a solution, depending on the nature of the incident. If the problem was caused by us or our manufacturers, we will take care of it.
